About NCAMTSO
The North Carolina Association for the Management and Treatment of Sex Offenses (NCAMTSO) is a group of professionals dedicated to the management and treatment of adults and youth with sexual behavior problems. Membership is open to professionals in the areas of mental health, law enforcement, advocacy, research, and others who are working toward the goal of preventing sexual offenses.
Our Mission
Provide support and an exchange of information among professionals involved in the management and treatment of sexual abuse and sexual offending
Develop and support a standard of excellence based on our statement of philosophy for the management and treatment of people who have sexually offended across North Carolina
Encourage improvements in the management and treatment of people who have sexually offended through the review and dissemination of research and intervention strategies.
