Amy explored the concept of compassion fatigue and burnout within human service roles and the ethical implications for our professional and personal lives. We examined how the current public health crisis impacts our ability to support our own well-being, completed an individualized assessment to identify indicators of compassion fatigue, and identified ways to support our individual and collective wellness in the midst of our current reality.
